How Much Do ZINTEX Vinyl Windows Cost?

Window replacement is one of the most impactful home improvement projects you can undertake. The right products and installation methods can make your home more attractive, more energy efficient, and more comfortable. The only thing that’s stopping you at this point is not knowing how much it’s going to cost. Why won’t any window replacement companies give you a price range unless you schedule a consultation?

At ZINTEX Remodeling Group, we do believe in the importance of an in-home consultation, but we also like to empower our customers with upfront information. That’s why we do something most don’t: we provide real pricing transparency right here on our website. Let’s take a closer look at how much ZINTEX window replacement costs in this complete guide.

Estimating the Cost of ZINTEX Window Replacements

Like most window replacement companies, we break down our window pricing per window. The total average price range of ZINTEX windows is $1350-$3500+ per window, including the cost of demolition, installation, and everything in between. Here’s a breakdown of that price range into standard, intermediate, and deluxe tiers.

The Cost of Standard Windows

Our standard windows are the most budget-friendly windows we offer. The price range of a standard ZINTEX window is $1350-$1700 per window. At this tier, you can expect:

  • High-quality vinyl window frames
  • Small to medium window units (typically 18” x 24” to 36” x 48”)
  • Standard frame colors
  • Standard shape (e.g., square or rectangular)
  • Standard operation (e.g., single-hung sashes)

Size is one of the biggest determinants here, so you may not be able to stay in this price range for all of your windows. That said, you can keep costs lower for your small to mid-sized windows by sticking to standard frame colors like white and picking standard designs like double-pane, single-hung sashes.

The Cost of Intermediate Windows (Our Most Popular Option)

Our intermediate windows are the most popular windows we offer. The price range of an intermediate ZINTEX window is $1800-$2500 per window. At this tier, you can expect:

  • High-quality vinyl window frames
  • Medium to large window units (typically 36” x 48” to 60” x 72”)
  • Standard frame colors
  • Custom shapes and arches
  • Standard operation style (e.g., single-hung sashes)
  • Casement or awning style windows

The intermediate price range is our most popular for a few reasons. One of them is that it encompasses more of the window sizes you see in a lot of Dallas-area homes. Another is that it affords a little more flexibility in the design department, with options like casement windows and custom shapes.

The Cost of Deluxe Windows

Our deluxe windows are the highest-end windows we offer, but that doesn’t mean our lower-cost options are lower in quality. Our ZINTEX deluxe window price range is between $2500-$3500+. At this tier, you can expect:

  • High-quality vinyl window frames
  • Custom shape or arches
  • Custom frame colors
  • Simulated grid patterns
  • Custom or large sizes (e.g., 48” x 72” to 60” x 72” and bigger)

Once again, size is going to play a big role in whether or not your windows count as “deluxe.” That said, you may be able to keep the cost of large windows in the $2500 range by sticking to standard frame colors and standard design styles.

What Is Included in Your ZINTEX Window Replacement Estimate?

Some customers find the language of “cost per window” a little bit confusing. Does this mean that your estimate only reflects the cost of materials?

At ZINTEX, we provide barrel pricing that encompasses every aspect of your window replacement, with no hidden fees. That means your window replacement cost will also cover:

  • Demolition: Your installation team will remove and properly dispose of all windows that need to be replaced.

  • Waterproofing: Installers will then install waterproof flashing tape to protect your home and your windows for years to come.

  • New window installation: Your installers will properly install each window according to size, material, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Insulation: Your team will apply low-expansion foam wherever needed to create more sound and moisture protection. They will apply a premium window sealant that completes the weatherproofing, energy-efficient system that will instantly improve your indoor comfort.
  • Inspection and cleanup: Your team will inspect the operational components of every new window and hand-clean each window pane to guarantee that like-new shine.
  • Long-term protection: Your ZINTEX window warranty provides comprehensive lifetime care so you can enjoy your new windows well into the future.

Top Factors That Impact the Cost of New Windows from ZINTEX

While your estimate includes far more than just window materials, the cost of those materials will make up the majority (usually between 40-60%) of your total estimate. Let’s take a look at the top factors that will determine where you land in our new window pricing model.

The Size and Shape of Your Windows

You may have noticed that size plays a big role in whether or not your windows will fall into our standard, intermediate, or deluxe price ranges. Generally speaking, smaller windows are going to require fewer total materials and, of course, smaller panes. They may also have a simpler operational style. In fact, many small windows aren’t operational at all.

Shape is another factor that can make a big difference. Round windows and custom shapes are going to noticeably increase your estimate, especially if it will require your installers to change the shape of your rough opening (the hole in your wall that holds your window unit).

Window Installer

Ultimately, deviating from standard window sizes and shapes will increase your cost. That means that a small window in a custom shape could cost just as much as a large window in a standard shape.

Window Operational Features

The operational features of your window will impact what that window can do, and more specifically how it will open and close. The majority of residential windows are single-hung windows.

A single-hung window has an upper sash and a bottom sash, and only the bottom sash slides up and down. This operational style is considered standard, and won’t drive up the cost of your window unit.

Operational windows that don’t use that single-hung design are going to come with a higher price tag. This includes things like double-hung windows (both sashes slide up and down) and casement windows (a single sash swings open and closed using a hand crank).

Additional Window Customizations

Size, shape, and operation are the window design features that will have the most noticeable impact on how your windows look and function. However, there are several additional window customizations and add-ons you can choose, including:

  • Premium frame colors
  • Specialized glass upgrades (e.g., low-E coatings, tempered glass, or privacy glass)
  • Grid patterns
  • Triple-pane designs

If you’re trying to stick to a tight budget, limit your window customizations. Something as simple as a black interior frame can double your price per window. A triple-pane window can cost 25-40% more than a double-pane window. These customizations are available if you want them, but we’ll never try to upsell you by pushing features that ultimately don’t make much of a functional difference.
