Nick Zindel

President / CEO

Nick Zindel is the CEO of Zintex Remodeling Group, aspiring to make Zintex the most trusted name in home improvement. Guided by his faith, Nick credits the success of the company to the grace of Jesus Christ. He is passionate about transforming homes and delivering lasting value to his clients. Outside of work, Nick enjoys quality time with his wife of 17 years and their four children, and in his free time, he loves waterfowl hunting, following the Texas Rangers, and supporting Tech Texas University sports.

Bryan Kemp

VP of Sales

Bryan Kemp is the Vice President of Sales for ZINTEX Remodeling Group, where he has proudly served since 2016 after beginning his career in the bath remodeling industry in 2006. Over the years, he's witnessed the company grow from just a handful of employees to more than 250, playing a key role in driving that success. Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from my faith and my family—my wife of 17 years, Melissa, and our four children, three girls and one boy. I am passionate about leadership, growth, and creating opportunities for others to succeed both professionally and personally.  

Eric Peschke

VP of Marketing

Eric Peschke is the Vice President of Marketing at Zintex Remodeling Group.  His ultimate goal is to make sure that the Aging in Place demographic can age gracefully and safely in their own homes.  There is nothing worse than a fall in the bathroom that puts your loved one into a hospital, assisted living facility or worse, a nursing home.  Eric has over 14 years of home improvement marketing experience overseeing a Call Center, generating Traditional and Non-Traditional leads, developing call-to-action lead generation campaigns, advertising branding campaigns and strategies that generate an exceptional ROI, growth and low cost of marketing.  Outside of work, Eric enjoys traveling in the states and abroad with his wife and stepdaughter.  As a former professional golf caddie and college golfer, Eric enjoys playing golf, attending and watching stand up comedy and researching the JFK Assassination.

Jason Chesser

VP of Production

Jason Chesser is the Vice President of Production at ZINTEX Remodeling, where he has been making a meaningful impact since joining the company in July 2016. Jason began his ZINTEX career as a bathroom installer, quickly proving himself through his craftsmanship, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

In February 2022, he was asked to take over the production department—a responsibility he accepted without hesitation due to his deep passion for ZINTEX Remodeling and its mission. Since stepping into leadership, Jason has played a key role in shaping production operations, driving efficiency, and upholding the high-quality standards that define ZINTEX Remodeling.

With his hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and heartfelt dedication to the company, Jason continues to be an invaluable leader within the organization.

Kyle Etter

VP of Operations

Kyle Etter is the Vice President of Operations at ZINTEX Remodeling, where he has been making an impact since joining in 2018. With more than 20 years of recruiting and leadership experience, Kyle and his team have brought in top talent that has helped fuel ZINTEX’s rapid growth and strong reputation in the home improvement space. What motivates Kyle most is the opportunity to introduce people to ZINTEX, see them succeed and grow, reach and exceed goals that they thought were out of reach, and create a positive impact on their lives, their families lives and for the ZINTEX customers they have the privilege to serve. Outside of work, he has been married for more than 20 years, is a proud father of three, and enjoys golfing, fishing, duck hunting, and supporting his alma mater, Purdue University.
