A great bathroom remodel starts with great products. ZINTEX partners with the most trusted names in bathroom fixtures, including Jacuzzi. These manufacturers ensure quality and durability. Manufacturer warranties go a step further to provide conditional coverage for damage and repairs.
By working with an authorized dealer for these premium brands, you’ll receive manufacturer warranties that other contractors can’t offer:
Jacuzzi Bath Products- Limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty: lasts as long as you own your home
- Covers defects in material or workmanship on all Jacuzzi branded tubs, shower walls, doors, pans, and faucets

Does ZINTEX Warranty Cover Installation & Labor?
You should receive installation and labor warranties from your bathroom remodeling company on top of manufacturer warranties. ZINTEX offers several additional warranties to make sure your investment is protected:
- Lifetime Labor Coverage:
- Full labor and installation warranties are applied to every bathroom we remodel
- Most contractors charge extra for this or don’t offer at all
- Transferable Warranty:
- This unique guarantee allows you to transfer your warranty to new homeowners if you sell your home within two years of installation
- This creates real value for buyers who won’t have to pay for certain upgrades and repairs under covered circumstances

When Can You Use Your Warranty?
Much like homeowner’s insurance, warranties only provide financial coverage under certain conditions.
No matter where you live, your warranty begins on the date the product is delivered and installed. The length of each warranty varies. You may see language like:
- Limited lifetime warranty: often lasts until you sell your home, although you may also encounter ten-year terms
- Transferable warranty: coverage is transferable to the next homeowner, but often only if you sell within a set period of time (e.g., two years)
Generally speaking, you can receive coverage for repairs or replacements if those repairs or replacements result from one of two things:
- Product defects (for manufacturer warranties)
- Issues resulting from improper installation methods (for labor warranties)
In other words, you can’t use a warranty to replace a part that was damaged by user error or reasonable wear and tear. That said, warranties are a crucial pillar of consumer protection. Without them, you’re vulnerable to lemons, lazy installations, and more.
