After doing my due diligence my wife and I decided to use Zintex to upgrade our two bathroom showers/bathtubs. Mitch came out and explained process and what it would entail and gave us a bid. We decided to go forward. He explained the lead time and they actually beat that date by a week. When our installer notified us on actual date, he was prompt and explained everything that was going to happen. David Elms was so pleasant and professional. Ever day he showed up on time and started working in a very clean area, as he left area spotless ever day. Our two installations took five days and believe me he WORKED HARD ever day, always keeping us apprised of progress. Believe me, I have never had a more professional, thorough and courteous, clean contractor. Our two bathroom shower conversions, definitely not inserts, are just beautiful. Before we were finished with them, we decided to replace countertops and flooring also. I called Mitch and he sent man out to work up a bid. We accepted but one major exception. David Elms had to be one to do it If I could I would post pics of work as they are both beautiful. You will not be disappointed with Zintex finished product.
