The pre and post service along with the installation met or exceeded expectations! John (installer) was cordial, informative, diligent, and professional. I love the beautiful new shower. The only downside is that the floor is a bit slick. But that’s easily addressed with a mat. I’ve already recommended to my sister and their install is a few weeks out. It’s nice to feel safe again! And cleaning is a breeze!

Then the other John, sorry I didn't get his last name, came in and did the install and clean up in under 48 hours.
