Shower remodel
I talked to David several times each day and he explained the entire process to me. He worked all day long Thursday and Friday and up to 1pm Saturday. He is very meticulous with his work and makes all phases of this project work in detail. We are very happy with this shower and would recommend this company to anyone. I did not talk to Mirella but heard my wife talking to her on the phone. She kept us updated on the phases of the project and did call us with a sooner date for the project to begin. We think this is an excellent company with excellent workmanship. We just love our new shower. Also the guy that came to our house and worked up the contract was a just great. He explained the entire process and explained everything very good. He was very honest with us and certainly an asset for your company. We are so glad that we got our new shower. Thank you so much for working with us on this project.

The entire experience was seamless and well communicated with me. Josh Smiley came to my home to consult and gave me some ideas to help me with my vision for the spare bathroom in my condo. Josh was professional and courteous throughout the meeting. Dawn was over my account and kept me informed about the ordering of my supplies and when the project would begin. Dawn was informative and helpful in letting me know what to remove from the bathroom before the installer arrived. On the morning of the install, Brandon text me and let me he was on his way. Brandon covered my wood floors and promptly began working. He worked nonstop throughout the day and by 4:00 that afternoon the job was complete. He took all the remains of the old shower and cleaned up. I appreciate that a field manager, Phil Amore came to inspect Brandon's work. The whole experience was professional and well done.
Outstanding Customer Service
We hired Zintex to install a walk-in tub for my parents, but shortly after install my mom's husband passed. My mother realizeed that the tub just wasnt a good fit for her for various reasons. We reached out to Zintex and they insisted on making it right. My mother was surprised and thrilled. It is rare ffor a company to be this customer focused in today's world. I would highly recommend them to amnyone looking to do a bath orr shower remodel. You do get what you pay for!

Dawn kept me informed of the schedule on the date for the installer’s arrival and the name of installer. Christopher D. arrived on the date set and was very professional and had my tub shower installed that day.
