Outstanding walk-in shower!

James Wilkins used his experience and skill to give me the walk-in shower of my dreams! He was kind and a very hard and steady worker. From 8:00am to 4:30 pm he dismantled the tub/shower in place and hauled it out to his truck then started installing my new shower. He explained how my new shower works and made sure he didn’t leave until all my questions were answered. Very professional job! Whenever I’m ready to re-do my other bathroom, I hope Zintex sends him!

New Shower and service call

We had our new shower installed in one day by installer Bo June 4, 2025. A leak occurred at the hand held shower connection to the shower wall on June 23, 2025. Called June 24, 2025 and had an convenient appointment set July 1, 2025. Installer Brian came out replaced a pipe fitting and solved the leak. Also tightened up a couple of plates behind the water adjustments. Great looking job and great service call response with an issue. Like dealing with a company that stands behind their product and installation.
