Outstanding walk-in shower!

James Wilkins used his experience and skill to give me the walk-in shower of my dreams! He was kind and a very hard and steady worker. From 8:00am to 4:30 pm he dismantled the tub/shower in place and hauled it out to his truck then started installing my new shower. He explained how my new shower works and made sure he didn’t leave until all my questions were answered. Very professional job! Whenever I’m ready to re-do my other bathroom, I hope Zintex sends him!

New Shower and service call

We had our new shower installed in one day by installer Bo June 4, 2025. A leak occurred at the hand held shower connection to the shower wall on June 23, 2025. Called June 24, 2025 and had an convenient appointment set July 1, 2025. Installer Brian came out replaced a pipe fitting and solved the leak. Also tightened up a couple of plates behind the water adjustments. Great looking job and great service call response with an issue. Like dealing with a company that stands behind their product and installation.

I had a wonderful experience with my Zintex shower installation, the installer showed up a little before he was supposed to, which was alright with us. He and his helper got started as soon as we watched the video and I showed him where the water shut off was located. He put down protective covers on the floor and stairs, was very professional about his work and kept my wife and myself informed about the progress and we answered any questions he had about the way we wanted grab bars, etc. Dealing with everyone involved from the Sales Representative, the Account Manager, the installer was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend ZINTEX for anyone who is looking for a professional installation, keeping you informed about your project and the time required for an exceptional product.

Zintex replaced our garden tub, with a beautiful walk in shower. Matt did an excellent job installing all the plumbing, plus he built us a linen closet. He was polite, neat, and very professional.
