Centerpoint - tub/ shower combo installation

I have wanted to update the kids/ guest bathroom for awhile but never had time to shop companies until now year 2020! The tub/ shower combo needed a major update. It was so hard too clean and very unattractive. I’m so glad I decided to go with Bath Planet Centerpoint. The tub/ shower is beautiful and clean up is easy breezy. I did experience a problem with the flooring due to improper measurements of the tub I ordered but luckily that was an easy fix. I also had issues with the drain but Angel & Kayci quickly assisted with the service ticket to get the matter resolved. Although Bath Planet is pricey; I would definitely recommend this company.

Wow, we could not be happier. Got rid of the nearly 60 year old eye sore, and have a wonderful, useable walk in shower. I haven't use that shower in 20 years but love it now! And Mike installed it in just 6 hours! It is the best thing we have ever done to our house!

Amazing. The biggest sign of a good company is how do they react to problems that arise. This is an imperfect world and mistakes are going to happen. This company did everything I would want in the face of things not being perfect. Kayci listened to my concerns, acknowledged that those things needed to be fixed, sent someone out that same day to come out and fix it. There was communication to make sure that afterwards that we were satisfied with everything or if there was anything else had come up. Almost all companies promise this customer service, Bath Planet delivered.
