Natalie was our accountant manager and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Polite and friendly.Did not rush anything. Marty was our installer and he was great. On time, friendly explained everything step by step showed how to operate the new shower. Wiped it down after showing how to use it. Cleaned up everything. Now I feel safe when taking a shower.
