Extremely Satisfying Experience
Our Master Bedroom Washroom was giving an aged look... Thanks to Bath Planet they remodeled it in such a fashion that it stands out from rest of the house. We will definitely recommend the workmanship and professionalism of the technicians that worked on the project and would certainly look forward to getting our son's washroom remodeled as well provided we are given some good discount for repeat customer. Kudos to the entire team at BATH PLANET.
So Happy
I was very please with the overall experience. There were a few challenges, but the crew that worked on bathroom, worked diligently to resolve them. I had tile that probably dated back to when the house was built, 1958, and I so, so glad to see it all gone. Makes me very happy. Just one downside. The painter seemed to take a lot of time. He worked 11-12 hours on the final day and then he still had to come back Saturday morning. As with any thing new, it takes time to full inspect. I am finding places, that were missed with paint. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and very happy with the end result.
Shower remodel
Mike & his son came out & remodeled our shower & its beautiful. They were very nice & they were in & out in 6 hours. I definitely will & have recommend Bath Planet to friends and family.

Bath Planet, Centerpoint in Lewisville, installed our shower and new floor about a year ago. My bathroom looks like it should be in a magazine. I love the job they did and can honestly say that it still looks and works great! Thank you for a job well done.
Fabulous Job
2 minutes ago We had Bath Planet to renovate our Master Bath with a new enlarged clear glass shower and a walk in tub. The glass that was used does not "spot"...just squeegee it so low maintenance. They did a fantastic job!!! We did have an issue with the shower ( not good water pressure and issue with getting hot water). They came out three times and last time changed out a part in the water control and finally got it fixed! They had to move plumbing around in the slab foundation, repair a wall where a large window had been leaking and they completed the renovation within the time frame promised. WE would highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone who would like to have their bath remodeled. Also financing was great...if loan paid off within a year, no interest is charged on the loan.. Great experience!!!
Excellence
Mitch, Casie, Matt, and Ricky all made my experience wonderful!!!!! From the beginning, Mitch took care of my specific requests for my shower design. Casie was very kind and professional on the phone. And Matt and Ricky did an excellent job on removing my old and outdated bathtub and rebuilding me a new and fabulous walk-in shower. I couldn't have asked for a better job!!!!!! They exceeded my expectations!!!!!!!!

Follow-up Maintenance
We had a small leak in our bath shower stall remodel. The remodel was done about two years ago. We called BathPlanet and the customer service was impeccable. From the call to the rep, Kayci who had a repair man here within a day - to Guy and Philip who determined the issue and repaired it immediately. They left our bathroom and other areas they accessed to determine the problem in perfect shape. Philip also cleaned up and even fixed a loose bolt on our front door (no even part of the repair problem). Guy and Philip were both friendly and gracious the whole time they were here. It's comforting to know that there are such good people out there who continue to value good workmanship. Thank you!!!
Great Job
They showed up on time which is a big deal for me and worked hard to get the job done. The Installers really listened to our comments and wishes while they worked.

Our bathroom looks beautiful! We couldn't be happier! This company did an excellent job in all areas- workmanship, friendliness, courtesy, clean-up, communication, and after service customer care. They were also efficient and timely when responding to our concerns.
