Above and beyond to make things right

I have always found the true value of a company is how they handle when something goes wrong. In our disposable culture most places after they have your money adhere to the policy, "Buyer Beware". Bath Planet did quite the opposite. They were in constant communication and for any little detail that didn't meet expectations they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. A lot of places will offer lip service that customer satisfaction is most important but these guys definitely held up that part.

Gorgeous Shower

We had an old shower removed and replaced. Our old shower had leaked and I was afraid mold was starting to grow behind our shower. We called and had a rep come and give us a quote. We had already talked to another company but we didn't like their products and they only used plywood against the bath walls. Bath Planet used hardy board which is a much better product. Everything is very high quality and the installer was awesome.
