Excellent Salesperson

Erik Black was our salesperson. I spent years in sales and can say that he did everything in textbook fashion. He was on time, established rapport, asked questions first before presenting information (presentation was then flawless), product knowledge was exemplary, answered questions, handled objections, asked for the sale, and then followed up. Not pushy, but was confident in modifying offer to close the deal. This just wasn't in our budget at this time, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone else.
