Setting the bar for all Design Consultants
We had been contemplating doing a tub to shower conversion in our guest bathroom so we contacted Zintec Remodeling of Amarillo. The Design Consultant that met with us was TJ Kearns, he went over every detail of what the install would consist of, the materials, warranty and install. Mr. Kearns was without a doubt the best salesperson and consultant I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Not only was he courteous, respectful and knowledgeable but he went above and beyond answering our questions and putting to rest any concerns we might of had. Honestly if it had been a different consultant I think we would have waited on doing the remodel but Mr. Kearns made us feel so comfortable with the Zintec company and their work that we decided to go ahead with it now. Zintec I hope you realize what an asset TJ Kearns is to your company employees of his caliber are far and few between. Great experience thus far.
Shower service call
Our shower installation was completed by a young man who did a beautiful job. Absolutely beautiful. Upon first use, it appeared water was not coming from the middle of the shower head. When Philip and Richard arrived for the service call, the 'problem" was immediately found. The wand on the shower head has several settings allowing for desired pressure. Here's the tricky part. Our installer most likely explained that to me. I don't recall for two reasons. One is that I was astounded by how beautiful our new shower looked. And secondly I had just been told my nephew had unexpectedly passed away. The installer obviously could not physically demonstrate the actual use of the shower. It had to dry at least 24 hours. Bottom line is Phillip calmly demonstrated the use of the shower. I called myself an idiot for not figuring it out. Phillip is a wonderful man who thoughtfully took the time to explain the use of the shower head. I highly recommend Phillip. A good man.

Brent Burdett came to my house & showed me a wonderful presentation on converting my bath/shower combination to a walk-in shower. He did a fantastic job on his presentation.

Phillip has always provided excellent post install customer service to us. During a hard freeze over the past winter holidays, he gave us peace of mind and ensured we had a working medical tub which is vital to my elderly parents’ healthcare.

Re-Caulking
Phillip came out and recaulked the bottom Of the shower. This is the 3rd dealing with Phillip and he is so knowledgeable and takes his job seriously. He is a true believer in keeping customers happy and doing what is needed to be done!

This review is for Zintex customer support and service. We had a shower install recently which went well but required a few tweaks to make it perfect. We contacted customer support several times. Natalie, who took most of the calls has been such a pleasure and very professional. While tech who has been out to the house has been friendly and punctual, the super star has been Phillip. He has been amazing to work with and really made an impact on a positive experience. He is so personable. His response time and expertise has been fantastic. He managed to fix an issue when two other techs had not. His goal is to make things right and he does it with joy and a kind heart. I am so thankful he was available and wish every customer service representative or tech I deal with treated their jobs and customers with the same passion and care. Zintex - 5 stars for Philip alone!
