We were very pleased with our design consultant Randy Tucker. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, caring, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend asking for Randy if you need a bathroom remodel.
A Splendid 1-Day Shower Remodel

Everyone we dealt with [from Reece Machen the sales rep) to Julie (coordinating contact) to Chris and Tate (the fabulous installers)] were friendly and professional. Bill Gorley came to give us an estimate and suggestions for a shower remodel today. He was very personable and professional. His presentation of the company and project were very informative. Though my husband is very handy and could do the job, we could never match the product, guarantees or especially the speed of completion. We chose Zintex to do it! Looking forward to the completed project!
Tub to Shower Conversion
Everyone we dealt with at Zintex was polite and professional, but I want to provide extra kudos to our installer (Matt Zachar). He did an outstanding job in the removal of our garden tub, the prep work that was necessary to get the space ready for the shower, and the installation itself. He is not only technically knowledgeable and proficient, but is personable as well. He was on time (to the minute) in his arrival, and took time to answer all of our questions about this project and future changes we are planning. Everyone at Zintex was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. But honestly, the work to get it installed and making sure the little things (shower head height, bar/shelf placement) were to our specifications was a great treat.
Shower conversion
We worked with Jerry Thorn (sales) and Aldo Torres (installation) for our shower conversion. We upgraded from an original 1972 tub. We love our new shower! The 2-day installation went smoothly as scheduled. Both Jerry and Aldo knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job for us. We recommend Aldo for his patience, attention to detail, and helpful customer service (we asked him a lot of questions).

We had a minor problem with our install. Zintex sent Phillip to remedy the situation. Phillip was punctual, had a smile on his face, fixed the problem, & left a big smile on our faces. Zintex sent a repairman......we received a new friend!

Service after the sale
Zintex installed two new showers last May.. I had been noticing leakage lately on one of the showers so I called Zintex for an appointment. . Two days later at the exact appointment hour Phillip arrived. Besides being a very pleasant man he also was meticulous in repairing the areas in and around shower. He also checked other areas to see if they needed caulking too without being asked! His helper Ricky was very nice too and did the clean up work. Phillip was punctual, polite and very professional. You can tell he liked his job and believed in customer satisfaction! So thankful Zintex sent Phillip to our home.
