Tub to shower conversion

Outstanding experience with Zintex
Zintex did an awesome job. My contact Dawn was very polite and kept me informed on scheduling materials delivery. Dawn is awesome! She answered any questions I had. My installer Dante answered any questions I had. Dante is very efficient and great at his job. My tub shower conversion is awesome thanks to Dan’te. Thank you Dawn and Dante for job well done.
Excellent!
I just had my tub/shower converted to a step-in shower due to mine and my husband's medical issues. The technician, Dante, was very professional and explained each step in the remodeling he was doing (and allowed us bathroom breaks if we gave him 5 minutes notice t o clear a path to the toilet. He worked continuously from his arrival till the project's completion. At the end he explained various things that way not beware of. I asked Dante his opinion of how the project went and his response stated that it far more time than he expected and more difficult. This was probably due to the house's age (1952) and we had done a previous tub renovation. In the end , Dante did a beautiful job, considering he was working by himself.
Shower replacement
I am delighted with the remodeling of my shower!! Gaston was very thorough in presenting the product and removal and installation process. I also appreciated his suggestions in selecting the style and configuration. The Installer, Seth Sirrs, was excellent!! Very methodical and precise. He worked diligently and would explain to me each major process, which I really appreciated. He made sure that everything was covered properly and did an excellent job of cleaning up when he finished the installation. You are very blessed to have such a fine young man working for you. Julie Polk was great at keeping me posted on the scheduling and the administrative process of the project. Thank you all for this smooth upgrade of this remodeling project.
Looking Foreward to Remodel
Matt Santana was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the upcoming remodel. I have no qualms about the job and am confident it will be well done and professional. They have lifetime warranty on workmanship along with the manufacturer warranty.

The pre and post service along with the installation met or exceeded expectations! John (installer) was cordial, informative, diligent, and professional. I love the beautiful new shower. The only downside is that the floor is a bit slick. But that’s easily addressed with a mat. I’ve already recommended to my sister and their install is a few weeks out. It’s nice to feel safe again! And cleaning is a breeze!

Jeremy came, looked at our bath area to put in a larger shower. He gave us all the info re: doing it including installation, warranty, service & finally approximate cost. For me the presentation was too long but he explained things well. It ends up we couldn’t afford it but we got the info we ask for & if you decided to use this company they would do a good job I’m convinced & stand behind their work.
