I talked to David several times each day and he explained the entire process to me. He worked all day long Thursday and Friday and up to 1pm Saturday. He is very meticulous with his work and makes all phases of this project work in detail. We are very happy with this shower and would recommend this company to anyone. I did not talk to Mirella but heard my wife talking to her on the phone. She kept us updated on the phases of the project and did call us with a sooner date for the project to begin. We think this is an excellent company with excellent workmanship. We just love our new shower. Also the guy that came to our house and worked up the contract was a just great.
