Our new tub to walk-in shower conversion is fantastic! The entire process was very smooth. We chose Zintex over other companies after Skye’s presentation convinced us that we could trust Zintex for high quality materials and workmanship. Dawn contacted us immediately to start the process and explain the install timeline. Carlos, Phil and crew came out and confirmed all details prior to the start of any work. They removed the old clamshell tub insert and retaining header down to the studs. They replumbed the drain and water connections, covered the walls and ceiling in hardboard, and installed the shower like the pros that they are. It looks absolutely amazing! His background and knowledge is in home construction so he could attest to the quality of Zintex's products and to their workmanship. Prior to Josh's arrival, we had already heard the sales pitch of two other bathtub, shower replacement companies, so we knew what questions we wanted to ask Josh. His presentation and the questions he answered convinced us that Zintex was the company we wanted to go with, if we decided to follow through on our project. Mr. David Elms called and let us know his approximate arrival time on the date of our scheduled remodel and he was even early. Upon meeting David at the door you could already feel the professional, hardworking, courteous, very respectful and kind man that he is! I showed him to the bathroom and he took a look while checking his paperwork. He said he was going to begin by bringing in tools etc. Afterwards, Mr. David hit the ground running. He kept the door closed most of the time to prevent dust getting out. Day 1 mostly consisted of demolition. Our remodel was only supposed to last two days. However, on day 2 there were unexpected issues. Mr. David brought them to my attention immediately but, not before he already had an approved solution. Mr. David’s communication about our remodel whether it been unforeseen issues or questions that we may have had come up about our remodel was superb. Not to mention that his patience is second to none! I don’t think he had to but, we believe he went above and beyond with the last part, things like grab bar placement etc. He lowered and centered our shower head, asked where we would like our individual grab bars, placement of our handheld. We are not sure what else we can say about Mr. David or that this review does him any justice at all. We all love our new shower but, most of all we all feel much safer!

After attending a Home Show recently my wife and I stopped at a Kohler booth to inquire about a walk-in tub or shower and set up an appointment for a representative to stop by our home. A few days later Jay Stauble from ZINTEX, the exclusive installer for Kohler bath systems, came to our home to quote an installation for us. Although we haven't decided yet on a system, we were impressed enough with the presentation that I offered to post a review. Jay arrived on time and spent a few minutes asking a number of questions about our interest in a walk-in tub out shower. Afterward he inspected our bathroom and took several measurements to determine if there would be any difficulties with installing either system. The presentation that followed was very professional and included visuals that helped us to understand all the aspects of the product, the installation process, the Kohler warranty, etc. He showed us samples of materials used and what differentiated Kohler and Zintex from the competition. He then provided the quote, explained the financing & affordability options, and answered our questions. As I mentioned earlier, my wife and I haven't made a decision yet on the investment, but wanted to thank Jay for the time he took with us, his professionalism, and a five star presentation.

Zintex Remodeling Group sent out our Installer (Brandon and Juan) that showed up early both days and protection floors and added 2x4’s behind new shower to make the grab handles and the seat that much more sturdier. They kept us informed at all times of what was going on and also double checked the way we wanted the handles and placement of every. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all debris when job was completed. They showed us how everything worked in the shower and answered any questions or concerns that we may of had. They did an excellent job couldn’t have asked for anything better. Great new shower done fast and right. Dawn the account manager stayed in touch before the job and after the job to explain when the job was scheduled to be done and completed. Our Contractor David did an amazing job. Our scheduled time was 17-19 February 2025 and this was during the most brutal winter weather here in Moore Ok with ice, snow, and temps below freezing. Tarps were laid down from the bathroom to the front door each morning & taken up each night along with vacuuming & tools packed away each night. To keep this on schedule David was here every morning at 8 am until 7 pm (staying late with our permission). Do to the ice storm we ensured David had a hot dinner on day 2 and he elected to get a hotel room that night to ensure he kept on schedule. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, upon demolition he showed us how the shower drain piping was broke leading to water/moisture build up & concrete had to be broken & new drain pipe installed (so glad this was covered in the quote). He shored up the walls with new /extra studs/bottom plates. He made sure the safety bar and the corner shelves were in the right placement. We can't say it enough that our Contractor David was amazing and Zintex did not disappoint!

The level of professionalism was apparent from beginning to end. All communications were timely and concise. Natalie and Phil were great to talk to and answered all of my questions. The installation crew, Marco, Rocco, and Matt were polite, respectful, knowledgeable and clean. At the end of each day the work space was tidy and out of the way. The work was superb! Zintex is a gem of a company. First, your team of people that I dealt with over the course picking out the walk-in shower to setting up the installation was Fantastic. Everyone was so kind, informative, and helpful. Second, the pricing can’t be beat for the Quality of materials. Third, our professional installer Mr. Luciro did excellent job. He is very knowledgeable; he found an issue we did not know about and fixed it quickly. Now we will not a have a mold problem. (watch out for other companies, they may take short cuts, and you will have issues). He made sure to keep us informed of what was going on. Mr. Luciro was fast and left our home clean. Now we have a beautiful Shower.

From Jorge, design consultant, to Natalie who handled our account, to James, Bobbie and Travis who worked as a terrific team to complete our tub to shower conversion, the attention to keeping flooring protected to the caulking detail at the completion, you showed professionalism. I have worked with various vendors and contractors in my past and I can say I have not seen a team more unified to reach the goal than James, Bobbie and Travis. I was on site and observed all the work and effort as I built my home and was there to see the alteration take place. With no children now at home and age passing us quickly, a beautiful shower was a real blessing. My experience was unbelievable from the person (Tom Grossman) who came out and talked to me and went over everything with me, to Dawn who keep me up to date on everything down to the minute. Whenever there was a change in the start date, I was informed. She was very professional and on target. The gentleman (Sharmar) who was the installer, I was told that he would be there at 9:30am on the 23rd of January and he worked hard and did a great job he explained everything and went over everything before he started. Poor guy I thought he was going to walk his legs off, it was a lot of walking back and forth, but he never complained. He was super professional, he worked until it was done. I would go and peek at his work and to see the progress and the work I was very pleased. I would recommend this Zintex to anyone who wants this kind of work done. A great change

Poor Marco. He showed up late due to a mechanical issue with his trailer(kept me informed the whole time). Instead of arriving at 8 he made it by 11 immediately explained things to me and went to work. He worked tirelessly until 5:30pm the first day.The second day he arrived at 8 am as promised and went right to work, Poor guy must of walked 10 miles over the course of this install. Let me add on this day it was snowing but he did not slow down. He asked us if he could work as long as it took to finish up and we gladly agreed. At 2 am in the morning we tapped out although he was like the energizer bunny and could of kept going. Marco came back the third morning and spent about 1 !/2 hours sealing everything explaining how everything worked left the place cleaner than he found it and poof just like that he is gone! Dawn was my office contact and she kept in touch by phone,text,and email. She made sure i was kept up to date on the whole process which made it so less stressful. In closing if you need a bath remodel do not hesitate to reach out to Zintex.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
